CLA, along with the ABA SEER Pesticides, Chemical Regulation and Right-to-Know Committee, will be hosting a half-day program:

"What's New, What's Hot in Pesticide Law and Policy Program"
November 8, 2011 (11:30-3:30)
in Washington, DC

There will be a conference line set up for any of your colleagues who cannot join us in person. The program includes three panels. The first panel focuses on how EPA policy is conceived and developed in concert with the Agency counsel's office. The second panel focuses on current Agency enforcement initiatives regarding FIFRA/FQPA, TSCA and other statutes. The third will address current hot topics. Additionally, John Cruden (President of the Environmental Law Institute) will be the luncheon speaker.
